'Backup Control'
See chapter 'Configuring the backup amplifier system [➙ 77]'.
Designation
Function/meaning
'Amplifier channels'
Choose the type of connected backup amplifier scenario (e.g., '1 channel', '2
channels', '4 channels').
'Enable Backup In'
Enables the functions and monitoring of 'PC2003-A1' Backup In.
'Use Amp Sense'
If this flag is enabled, an amplifier fault will be detected with the digital input
contact. The input function is 'Amplifier Sense'. Otherwise, the signal level of the
amplifier will be measured periodically.
'Use Backup MUX'
A PCA2014 add-on PCB for the backup is connected to the audio outputs of the
'Digital audio matrix (4/4/16)' and Cerberus PACE Compact digital audio matrix
board.
'Backup Stations'
Enter a range for the station ID, e.g., 500…512. In this way, you define a group of
stations for backup. The lowest number is the backup master.
'Backup Master'
The backup amplifier is connected to this station.
