4.3 Tree topology
Ethernet switches are connected via centrally arranged network distribution hubs.
Most Ethernet connections today are designed in some form of tree configuration.
4.3.1 Tree topology using Ethernet switch PN2005-A1
The Ethernet switches PN2005-A1 A and B of the central network distribution
hub (3) are connected to build a redundant network.
From the central network distribution hub, a maximum of 15 'radio links' can be
connected in one branch. A 'radio link' is the connection of one component zone to
the next.
