7 Planning operating and call stations
Combined operating and call stations are used to select speaker zones, play voice
messages, make live announcements, and monitor and control the Cerberus
PACE Compact system.
7.1 Operating and call station PT1002
The system operating unit and call station PT1002-A1 is approved in accordance
with EN 54-16 and is suitable for the 'Alarm' and 'Non-alarm' (business)
applications.
Call station:
● 8 configurable buttons for selecting speaker zones
● Hand-held microphone
System operating unit:
● One button each for acknowledging acoustic warnings and faults
● 3 indicators in accordance with EN 54-16 for visual status messages
● 8 freely programmable indicators for further status messages
● Buzzer in accordance with EN 54-16 for acoustic status messages
● 8 predefined visual fault indicators
● 3 buttons to control voice alarms
Connection and power supply
Connection to the control panel via pre-assembled cables to the digital audio
matrix board.
7.2 System operating unit PT1001
The system operating unit PT1001-A1 is approved in accordance with EN 54-16
and is suitable for the 'Alarm' and 'Non-alarm' (business) applications.

● Only for standard use cases in 'Non-alarm' applications
● Used in rooms to select the signal source and check the sound level
● Connection to 'PACE-Bus' (RS485), cable maximum length 500 m
● Connection to digital audio matrix board via RS485 interface
● Display and control speaker zones, audio sources, sound level
● Mount in a standard recessed box
● Power supply DC 24 V with PCA2011-A1 or PCA2018-A1
