Cerberus PACE is a network-based public address and voice alarm (PA/VA) system that
complies with the requirements of EN 54-16 and allows for a decentralized and redundant
system structure. It is an important feature of the system that the critical risks of single point
of failure vulnerabilities are eliminated.
A typical Cerberus PACE system is comprised of digital audio matrices, amplifiers, operating
terminals, and call stations. Ethernet switches are used to link these components to a
network via copper or fiber-optic cables.
Cerberus PACE systems are configured in real-time using the 'PACE-Design' system
software.
An EN 54-4-certified power supply guarantees uninterrupted operation and high system
availability.
System Features and Functions
Network-based audio matrices that can process up to 255 audio channels and
simultaneously transmit up to 64 audio channels in studio quality.
Network components such as Ethernet switches and media converters for a fully
redundant audio network with up to 1350 participants that is compliant with EN 54-16.
In addition to copper connections, fiber-optic connections can also be used in the
network with adapters.
Network-based operating terminals and call stations for intuitive interaction with the
system.
A network-enabled fire brigade call station that conforms to EN 54-16 and
ÖNORM F 3003.
EN 54-4-certified power supply for uninterrupted operation and maximum system
availability.
Pre-assembled 19" cabinets that can be adapted flexibly.
