Designation
Function/meaning
'Line #'
Line number 1…16
'En'
Enable measurement on this channel
'Pilot RMS [V] Value'
Expected voltage of the pilot tone, measured on the 100 V line
'Pilot RMS [V] Tolerance'
Tolerance in Volt. Example: Pilot tone RMS value 10, tolerance 5 means a valid
range of 5…15 V
Designation
Function/meaning
'Pilot Only'
Only measures the pilot tone voltage of an amplifier.
'Impedance'
Measures the voltage of the speaker line.
'EOL3'
Uses active EOL3 communication.
Loop isolator
Loop Isolator V1.2 hardware is used.
End of Loop
Return line of a loop.
'Nominal Impedance
Value'
If Impedance measurement is selected, select the resistance in ohms.
'Nominal Impedance
Tolerance'
Maximum deviation of the nominal Impedance in %.
'EOL Shortcircuit below'
Threshold for the short-circuit detection in EOL mode. If the resistance drops
below this value, a short-circuit error is detected.
'EOL ID Range (from, to)'
Mandatory to configure the active EOL3 module IDs.
Designation
Function/meaning
'OK'
Line is free of faults.
'NOPILOT_SIGNAL'
No signal from the amplifier.
'EARTH_FAULT'
Speaker line has connection <47 kohm to ground.
'SHORT_CIRCUIT'
Short-circuit detected.
'BREAK'
Open line detected.
'EARTH_SHORT'
The line is shorted or the impedance is below the set threshold. There is also a
connection to ground potential.
'EARTH_BREAK'
The line is broken or no EOL module can be found. There is also a connection to
ground potential on the remaining supply network.
'BREAK_EOL_MISSING'
EOL3 modules are missing.
'HARDWARE_PROTECT'
Speaker line switched off for safety reasons. Possible 0 ohm short-circuit.
'NOT_MONITORED'
Monitoring of the speaker line disabled.
'LOOP_STARTUP'
Loop is in startup phase, no active measurement during this phase.
