9.2 Using Filters
The following filters are available to help you group larger systems that have a vast
number of devices:
● 'System Name' on the 'Basic Station Configuration' page
● 'Collection filter'
Both filter types can be used simultaneously.
9.2.1 System Name Filter
Fig. 126: 'Toggle the System Filter' function
● The function 'Toggle the System Filter' enables/disables the current filter.
● Clicking the 'Select an Audio System' button displays a list of all active
systems.
Fig. 127: 'Select AVD System' dialog
● The 'Select an Audio System' window allows you to select a system and apply
a filter.
● Only stations within the selected group will be displayed in 'PACE-Design'.
● The 'All systems except …' checkbox acts as a 'NOT' function.
● The System Name Filter is a dynamic filter. If you apply a filter based on a
specific system and a user renames the station, this station may disappear
from view.
● To administrate groups, use the Basic Station Configuration. You will find more
information on this topic in chapter 'Basic Station Configuration' [➙ 97].
