10.3.6 Consumer and primary controller
RMS705B contains a consumer side controller (controller 1) and a primary
controller (controller 2). All requests from this heat distribution zone are acquired
and evaluated (i.e. from own controller 1 and other consumers on the bus).
Controller 2 may not be checked as consumer, as these demand signals were
already sent to the "Heat distr zone source side".
