10.2.5 Delay times
A switch-on and switch-off delay can be set for the pumps. These are considered
when switching on and off the pump.

Switch-on and switch-off delay are always active for:
Pumps switched on or off via the operating mode
Pumps switched on load-dependent via the sequence
Pumps switched on or off via start or stop condition
The switch-off delay does not act on the following switch-off commands:
From the pump kick
In case of a fault message with plant stop, if the pump is switched on or off via
the operating mode
10.2.6 Flow signal (
V
)
Flow supervision can be provided by a flow switch or flow sensor.

Flow signal ---, N.X1, N.X2, ... (digital and analog inputs)
*)
*) With analog inputs, only inputs with units m/s, bar, mbar, Pa, Universal 000.0, Universal 0000 are
possible.
If there is no checkback signal after the pump is switched on after a specified time
(Flow delay start), a fault status message is triggered.
Since measurements can fluctuate during operation, a delay time can be set (Flow
delay operation). If a flow fault occurs during operation, a fault status message is
triggered.
If the pump is switched on via the operating mode ("Operating mode-dependent
ON" set to "Yes") and a fault status message is sent, the pump along with entire
plant is switched off (message with plant stop). If setting value "Operating mode-
dependent ON" is set to "No", only the pump is switched off.
