Commissioning notes
To commission the controller, the following pieces of documentation are required:
The Installation and User Manual CE1U3372XX / H 74 319 0555 0 supplied with
the controller
The plant connection diagram and all other control documentation kept in the
control panel or by the plant operator
To configure the PolyCool RWR462.10/ALG control loops and to set the relevant
parameters, the following plant data are required:
Type of refrigerant used (R22, R134a, etc.)
Design data of evaporator (superheat, max. evaporation temperature, MOP)
Before applying power to the controller (AC / DC 24 V), the installation must be
checked to make certain it is wired according to the connection diagrams.
