Move
The Move and Assign Values function moves the value
IN to the address OUT. This instruction performs an
assignment operation. The input parameter is not
modified during execution.
The input and output data types can vary, but must be of
the same type.
Error conditions that set ENO = 0: SM4.3 (run-time),
0006 (indirect address)
