SED2-PC-KIT Connection
Use a SED2-PC-KIT connection kit to attach a SED2 to a computer. The kit contains:
• Null modem cable (9.8 feet, 3 meters)
• PC inverter connector module
• Instruction sheet
1. Set the DIP switches on back of
computer inverter connector module
as follows (see Figure 9):
Switch 1 = ON (or up)
Switch 2 = OFF (or down)
2. Remove the SED2 operator panel
and set aside. Install PC inverter
connector module.
3. Connect null modem cable between
PC inverter connector module and
COM port on computer per
Figure 9.
