Saving a Parameter Set
Save a parameter set as follows:
1. Do one of the following:
− From the File menu, click Save.
or;
− Click on the Save Parameter Set icon
on the toolbar. This function writes the parameter set to
the location where it was last saved.
The Save As dialog box displays. This dialog box allows you to copy the file by renaming it, and also allows you
to save the parameter set in a new location.

2. At the top of the Save As dialog box, use the Save in drop-down box to select the location where the
parameter set will be saved. The location defaults to the last saved location.
3. At the lower portion of the Save As dialog box, enter the File Name for saving the parameter set. The file
name defaults to the current file name.
4. At the bottom of the Save As dialog box, leave the Save as type (file type) as Download Files (*.dnl).
5. Press Save
to save the file to the selected location using the specified file name.
