Installation Warnung! Ventilkörper, Antrieb und Endschalterbox nicht demontieren. Ansonsten kann das Ventil beschädigt oder in seiner Funktion beeinträchtigt werden und löst nicht mehr aus. Rohrleitungen müssen spannungsfrei verlegt sein. Bereichsventile nur an Gebäudekonstruktionen und nicht auch an Maschinenteilen befestigen. Gabelschlüssel für die Handbetätigung der Bereichsventile gemäss entsprechendem Produktdatenblatt verwenden.

Wartung Warnung! Demontage, Reparaturen oder notdürftige Abdichtungen aller Art sind verboten. Arbeiten dürfen nur durch Siemens Servicepersonal ausgeführt werden. Zur Erhaltung der Funktionstüchtigkeit müssen Bereichsventile mindestens halbjährlich pneumatisch geschalten werden. Ventile in regelmässigen Abständen auf Dichtheit, Funktion und Beschädigungen prüfen. 1. 2. 3. 4. Sichtkontrolle auf Beschädigungen, Korrosion und Verschmutzung.

Installation Warning! Do not disassemble valve drives and limit switch boxes. Valves could sustain damage or their function is impeded and they do not release. Tubes must be laid out without tension. Fit selector valves to wall constructions only and not to machine parts. Use wrenches to handle the selector valves according to product data sheet. Keep them in a secure place near the selector valves If a certain flow direction has to be maintained it is marked on the valve body.

Maintenance Warning! Removal, replacement or repair of the valve or actuator seals by any party other than Siemens is prohibited. To ensure that a selector valve will remain functional following long periods of inactivity, it must be operated pneumatically at least every six months. Isolation valves must be manually operated at least every six months. Valves are to be subject to routine maintenance and inspection. 1.

Ne pas utiliser les vannes directionnelles en position fermée pour réaliser des tests de mise en pression du réseau (tests d’étanchéité, par exemple) en aval de ces vannes. Montage Attention ! Ne pas démonter les dispositifs de commande des vannes ni les contacts. Cela pourrait endommager les vannes et empêcher leur fonctionnement. Monter la tuyauterie sans créer de tension. Monter les vannes directionnelles sur des fixations murales exclusivement. Ne pas les monter sur des éléments de machinerie.

Maintenance Attention ! Le retrait, remplacement ou la réparation des joints par toute autre société que Siemens est interdit. Pour maintenir la capacité de fonctionnement de la vanne, l’activer pneumatiquement au moins tous les six mois. Effectuer régulièrement les opérations de vérification et de maintenance suivantes : 1.
