Changing the standard language
If a different standard language needs to be activated, select Start
→ Settings →
Control Panel → Language and select the Input tab.

In order to install another standard language, select the Add button. The languages
available for selection corresponds to the range selected in Figure 2–5 under
System languages.
It is also possible to change the standard language by clicking on the Language
icon, located in the message field, with the right mouse button.
