Call, search for an entry

standby mode).

first letter and/or scroll.

The number is dialled.
If an Addressbook entry has several
numbers stored:

Select phone number.

Addressbook menu
Depending on the actual situation,
different functions will be offered.
These functions can be applied to
the entry currently selected as well
as to multiple selected entries:

Open the entry to edit.

Assign entry to a group.

Delete entry.
Delete all

Mark
Switch on highlighting

all entries are highlighted
(p. 113).
Filter
Display only those Ad-
dressbook entries with the
following criteria:
• Voicedialling
•E-mail
• URL
•Birthday
•Bitmap
Business-
card
Define an entry as your
own business card.
Voicedialling
Apply voice dialling to an
entry (p. 37).
Send/Print...
(p. 110)
Import
Import entries via IrDA™ in
vCard format.
Capacity
Display maximum and
available capacity.
Field setup
Select input fields for new
entry.
