· Operation of HVAC, lighting and blinds at one single device

Room setup

· 1 - QMX3.P37, Room unit with room temperature controller: Measures and controls the room temper-

ature and sends the control signal to the valve actuator. In case of a demand the controller also sends the

control signal to the central control unit RMB795B which calculates the heating/cooling demand from the

control signals and forwards the total demand to the primary controller. The lighting and the blinds can be

operated via push buttons.

· 2 - AP 562/02 Valve actuator: The AP 562/02 drives the valve of the radiator. The control signal is sent

by the room temperature controller.

· 3 - UP 258D11, Presence detector: The UP 258 detects the room occupancy and measures the bright-

ness. These data are forwarded to the room thermostat and the combi switching actuator.

· 4 - N 502/02, Combi switching actuator: The N 502 has 8 binary inputs and 8 relay outputs to connect

push buttons and lights. He receives control signals from the presence detector and switches the lights

accordingly.

· 5 - N 523/02, Venetian blind switch: The N 523 is being operated via push buttons or from a central lo-

cation via KNX or IP.
