Room setup

· 1 - QMX3.P37, Room unit:

Measures the room temperature and sends the value to the central apartment

unit. The HVAC (setpoints, operating modes), lighting and the blinds can be operated via push buttons .

· 2 - QAX913, Synco living central apartment unit: Central control via radio signal for 12 rooms. It re-

ceives data from the window contacts and the room units and sends commands to the heating circuit con-

troller. A heating/cooling demand is automatically sent to the primary controller.

· 3 - RRV912, Synco living Heating circuit controller: Controls up to 2 heating circuits according to the

commands from the central apartment unit (setpoints, operating mode).

· 4 - UP 258D11, Presence detector: The UP 258 detects the room occupancy and measures the bright-

ness. These data are forwarded to the room unit and the binary output.

· 5 - UP 510/13, Binary output, 2-fold:

The UP 510 receives control commands from the bus and switches

the lights accordingly.

· 6 - UP 520/13, Shutter actuator: The UP 520 receives control commands from the bus and drives the

blinds accordingly.

· 7 - UP 220/x1, Push button interface: The interface converts signals from conventional push buttons in-

to KNX telegrams.
