Room setup

· 1 - QMX3.P37, Room unit with room temperature controller: Measures and controls the room temper-

ature and sends the control signal to the valve actuator. In case of a demand the controller al

so sends the

control signal to the central control unit RMB795B which calculates the heating/cooling demand from the

control signals and forwards the total demand to the primary controller. The lighting and the blinds can be

operated via push buttons.

· 2 - AP 562/02 Valve actuator: The AP 562/02 drives the valve of the radiator. The control signal is sent

by the room temperature controller.

· 3 - UP 258D11, Presence detector: The UP 258 detects the room occupancy and measures the bright-

ness. These data are forwarded to the room unit and the binary output.

· 4 - UP 510/13, Binary output, 2-fold:

The UP 510 receives control commands from the bus and switches

the lights accordingly.

· 5 - UP 520/13, Shutter actuator: The UP 520 receives control commands from the bus and drives the

blinds accordingly.

· 6, 7 - UP 220/x1, Push button interface: The interface converts signals from conventional push buttons

into KNX telegrams.
