Building setup
· 1 - QAX913, Synco living central apartment unit: The QAX controls via manual operation or via
individual time programs the room operating modes and the setpoints in up to 12 rooms. The central
operation of lights and blinds is also possible. (only valid for applications 3a to 3c)
· 2 – QAC910, Synco living Meteo sensor: The QAC measures the outside temperature and the air
pressure and sends the values to the central apartment unit QAX via radio signals. (only valid for
applications 3a to 3c)
· 3 – UP 588 Colour toch panel: The UP 588 provides 100 time programs and helps to control and
monitor the rooms or the whole building.
· 4 - AP 257/22, Weather station GPS:
The AP 257 measures the outside temperature, the brightness and
the wind speed and calculates the control commands for the blind actuator.
· 5 - RMB795B, Central control unit: The RMB795B as a room manager provides timeprograms for up to
10 rooms or room groups. It also collects the heating and cooling demands from the rooms and forwards
the total demand to the primary plant or controls it via relay and analog outputs.
· 6 - N 152, IP Control Center: The IPCC with its touch optimised operation and the improved graphic
performance allows a comfortable remote monitoring and operation of the rooms.
· 7 - OZW772, Web server: The OZW772 allows remote monitoring and operation of the complete HVAC
plant including lighting and shading. Especially when the primary plant is controlled by Synco, the OZW
provides access to all datapoints and parameters.
