Room setup
· QAX913, Synco living Central Apartment Unit: Central and wireless control of up to 12 rooms. Re-
ceives data from room temperature controller, meteo sensor, window contacts and sends commands to
the radiator control actuators and heating demands to the heating controller. 12 individual time programs
for each room are available.
· QAC910, Synco living Meteo Sensor: Measures the outside temperature and the air pressure and
sends the data to the central apartment unit.
· QAA910, Synco living Room Temperature Sensor: Measures the room temperature and sends the da-
ta to the central apartment unit.
· AP260, Synco living Window Contact:
Detects the status of the windows/doors and sends the values to
the central apartment unit.
· SSA955, Synco living Radiator Control Actuator: Controls the room temperature based on the pre-
selection of the central apartment unit (setpoints, operating modes).
· N 526/02, Switch/dim actuator: Switches the lights on/off.
· N 523/11, Venetian blind actuator: Controls the blinds.
· UP 222, Wall switch: For operation of the lights and blinds.
· AP 257/42, Wind sensor: Measures the wind speed. If the speed exceeds the limit, the wind sensor
sends a command to the venetian blind actuator to drive the blinds into a safe position.
· RMH760B, Heating controller: The heating controller controls the heating plant in dependence on the
heating demands sent by the central apartment units.
· OZW772.16, Web-Server: The web server offers a central remote operation of the heating, lighting and
shading of the whole building.
