Alerts
 The alerts tab allows you to select the charger events that would
prompt an email to be sent to the address you entered during
registration
 Please refer to the usa.siemens.com/versicharge page frequently
for updates on alerts as we receive user feedback as to what
other notifications are needed to enhance your ownership
experience of an EV and a VersiCharge SG
 Make sure to “Save Changes” once you have tailored the alert
notification settings to your preferences
Savings Programs
Through the savings programs opt in, Siemens has the
opportunity to work as a liason between you and your utility
company to provide potential offers that may enhance your
charging experience. Your are by default opted into this feature of
the VersiCharge SG.
 Note that many utilities offer significant pricing incentives to
customers who choose to opt-in to demand response or time of
use rate plans
 Please contact your utility to find out if these services and
incentives are offered
