2.28.16 OSR, Optimum Start/Stop Report
This report includes all major data of an air-conditioning zone under OSTP control. The
data reported by the VISONIK DCS are instantaneous values.
During OSTP operation the data is always updated at the start of a heating/cooling
phase. The VISONIK DCS indicates old data by an "!".
