Before the VISONIK CPU can process an existing interrupt, a new interrupt from the
Ring Controller NAME has appeared.
This message is normal if using the ODT (Online Debugging Trace) utility program.
The analogue situation in a substation is reported with the additional information "Rx
slow".
If this occurs repeatedly, please send the printout to Landis & Staefa FS&PM.
