In interrogating the substation sequence in Ring NAME, too many process stations PS
have reported. All excess PS, including PS xx are ignored.
Keep to the maximum permissible number of PS per Ring. In exceptional circumstances
the limit may be increased using the L & S System Manager Function SYS,PROJ.
