THESE UPPER DOORS ARE INTENDED TO BE FIT OVER THE FACTORY ORIGINAL HARDWARE AND FRAME. IF THE FRAME

IS DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS INSTALLATION BEFORE REPAIRS ARE MADE TO THE VEHICLE.

done only in an environment where the air temp is above 72F.

To avoid improper installation of this item it is imperative that you read and follow these guidelines completely. Failure to install the upper

door skins correctly may result in a dangerous situation for the vehicle occupants as well as other motorists.

1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ SUN TOP Installation Wrangler must have the Windshield Channel Header to install the SunTop. 1 Check Your Windshield Channel Position the Windshield Channel Header on top of the soft top latches and use an adjustable wrench to secure them onto the windshield.

Remove Door Surrounds 3 Insert Rear Center Strap 4 Position the Bikini Top over the roll bars and insert the front edge plastic retainer into the windshield channel. Revision a.

1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ SUN TOP Installation Stretch back the rear edge of the Sun Top over the roll bars, run the rear center strap behind the roll bar and forward to the windshield’s support bracket. 5 Guide Rear Center Strap Run the rear center strap end through the buckle and pull to secure in position.

1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ SUN TOP Installation Position the rear corners of the Sun Top over the roll bar, run the longer corner strap end from under the roll bar to the buckle to secure. Position over Roll Bar 7 Positiion Center Straps 8 Position the rear center straps (with buckle end) over and down the roll bar, run the longer strap ends from under the roll bar to the buckle to secure. Revision a.

1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ SUN TOP Installation Wrap the side support flaps around the roll bars and attach the Velcro edges to secure. 9 Wrap Side Support Straps Wrap and connect the two front corner Velcro straps around the roll bar to secure. CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR NEW SUN TOP Wash vinyl fabric exterior only using a mild soap and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly.
