<cid> Numeric parameter that specifies a particular PDP context definition.
<precedence> Numeric parameter that specifies the precedence class
<delay> Numeric parameter that specifies the delay class
<reliability> Numeric parameter that specifies the reliability class
<peak> Numeric parameter that specifies the peak throughput class
<mean> Numeric parameter that specifies the mean throughput class.
Notes
• This command allows the TE to specify a Quality of Service Profile that is used
when the MT sends an Activate PDP Context Request message to the network
• If a value is omitted for a particular class then the value is considered to be
unspecified
