Commands
HL7518 and HL7548
or
+CME ERROR: <err>
Parameters
<rssi> Received signal strength indication
0 -113 dBm or less
1 – 30 -111 to -53 dBm
31 -51 dBm or greater
99 Not known or not detectable
<ber> Integer type; channel bit error rate (in percent)
0 – 7 As RXQUAL values in the table in 3GPP TS 45.008 [20] subclause 8.2.4
99 Not known or not detectable
Notes
For LTE, <rssi> is scaled from the current radio signal strength (RSRP) value of
the serving cell. RSRP is defined according to 3GPP TS 36.133 section 9.1.4, from
-140 dBm to -44 dBm with 1 dB resolution.
For LTE, <ber> is scaled to 0 – 7 from RSRQ signal quality 34 – 0. RSRQ is
defined according to specification 3GPP 36.133 section 9.1.7, from -19.5 dBm to -3
dBm with 0.5 dB resolution.
