Play a tone
This command is used to play a specified tone with the current active
audio profile. This is for testing purposes—not for normal operation.
Parameters:
<method> (audio type):
0 = Voice
1 = Key beep
<value> (tone setting)
Valid range: 0x00 – 0x57.
For details, see “Tone settings for AT!AVTONEPLAY command” on
page 110.

Set the TX AGC
This command sets the TX AGC (Automatic Gain Control) for the
specified profile. The TX AGC compensates for variations in audio gains
from the mobile side to allow for a constant audio level in the TX
direction.
The setting is stored in non-volatile memory and persists across power
cycles.
Module-specific details:
MC8775V The change to the audio system takes place immedi-
ately if the specified audio profile is active.
MC8785V / MC8790V / MC8791V / MC8792V — The change to the
audio system takes place the next time the sound device (re)starts.
Usage:
AT!AVTXAGC=<profile>, <value> sets the TX AGC for the specified
profile.
AT!AVTXAGC?<profile> returns the current TX AGC (<value>) for
the specified profile.
Parameters:
<profile> (audio profile number)
0 = Handset
1 = Headset
2 = Car kit
3 = Speaker phone
4 = Auxiliary
5 = TTY
(MC8785V / MC8790V / MC8791V / MC8792V only)
6 = Auxiliary external PCM (128 kHz clock)
(MC8785V / MC8790V / MC8791V / MC8792V only)
7 = Primary external PCM (2 MHz clock)
<value> (enables / disables TX AGC):
0 = AGC off
1 = AGC on
