<method>, <TON>, <NPI>, <address>, <subaddress>, <ccp>, <alphaId1>,
<iconId>, <dispMode>, <alphaId2>, <iconId>, <dispMode>, <redial>, <timeout>
<method> Integer Call setup method
• 0 — Only if there are no other calls
• 1 — Put all other calls on hold
• 2 — Disconnect all other calls
<TON> Integer Type of number
• 0 — Unknown
• 1 — International
• 2 — National
• 3 — Network specific
<NPI> Integer Numbering plan identifier
• 0 — Unknown
• 1 — ISDN telephony
• 3 — Data
• 4 — Telex
• 9 — Private
<address> Hex string Dialing address
<subaddress> Hex string Dialing subaddress
<ccp> Hex string Capability configuration parameters
<alphaId1> Hex string Alpha identifier for user confirmation
