<bearer> Hex string List of one or more allowed bearers, sorted in priority
order
• “00” — SMS
• “01” — CSD
• “02” — USSD
• “03” — GPRS
• Example: “010200” — CSD, USSD, and SMS
support; CSD is highest priority
<dcs> Integer Data coding scheme
• 0 — 7-bit GSM default alphabet (packed)
• 4 — 8-bit GSM default alphabet (unpacked)
• 8 — UCS2 alphabet
<gateway> Hex string Gateway text string in <dcs> format
<alphaId> Hex string Alpha identifier for user confirmation
<iconId> Integer Numeric tag of the icon to display (matches the index in
the SIM’s image file)
• 0 — No icon
• 1..255 — Icon tag
<dispMode> Integer Icon usage
• 0 — Display icon only (replace any text string or
alphaId)
• 1 — Display with alphaId or text string
<numFiles> Integer Number of provisioning files following this parameter
<provFiles> Hex string List of zero or more provisioning files separated by
commas. Each file includes its full path.
