SIM is inserted
<value>: 0 = Disable; 1 = Enable.
• “MEPLOCK”—Set MEP locking status (Watcher 3G only)
<value>: 0 = Not permanent (MEP locking can be removed via
Watcher or AT!CLCK with correct unlock code); 2 = Permanent (MEP
locking cannot be removed).
• “MUXMODE”—Override the MUX mode setting in the USB descriptor
<value>: 0 = Do not override; 1 = Enable MUX mode; 2 = Disable
MUX mode.

PCSC; 3=disable both.
• “PRLREGION”—Region-specific scanning algorithm
<value>: 0 = default (internal); 1 = Europe; 2 = North America;
3 = Australia; 04 = Japan; 5 or greater = Reserved
Each PRL region has two band groups (0 and 1). The modem
attempts to find networks on the current band group; if it cannot do so
after several minutes, it switches to the alternate band group. (Note:
the default band group on first use is Band Group 0, and then the
current band group persists across power cycles.)
• <value> = 0 (Default)
• Band Group 0 — G900 G1800 W2100 W800 W900
• Band Group 1 — G1900 G850 W1900 W850 W900
• <value> = 1 (Europe / rest of the world)
• Band Group 0 — G900 G1800 W2100 W800 W900
• Band Group 1 — G1900 G850 W1900 W850 W900
• <value> = 2 (North America)
• Band Group 0 — G1900 G850 W1900 W850 W900
• Band Group 1 — G900 G1800 W2100 W800 W900
• <value> = 3 (Australia)
• Band Group 0 — G900 G1800 W850 W2100 W800 W900
• Band Group 1 — G1900 G850 W1900 W900
• <value> = 4 (Japan)
• Band Group 0 — G900 G1800 W2100 W800 W900
• Band Group 1 — G1900 G850 W1900 W850 W900
