1. Prompt status bar

⚫ Display LOCAL (local) or REMOTE (remote). When REMOTE is displayed, the

instrument is being controlled by a remote computer and the front panel input

will be locked .To unlock the front panel (enter LOCAL mode), press Esc/Close

to quit.

⚫ EXT REF: EXT REF shows that the SSG is using an external 10 MHz reference.

⚫ LF: Low frequency signal generator state.

⚫ MOD: The modulation state mode is turned off, the blue is turned on, and the

gray is closed.

⚫ RF: The RF output state.
