UP: The signal generator sweeps from the start frequency or start level to the
stop frequency or stop level. The progress bar displayed in the parameter bar
is swept from left to right.
DOWN: The signal generator sweeps from the stop frequency or stop level to
the start frequency or start level. The progress bar displayed in the parameter
bar is swept from right to left.
Sweep Mode
Default Sweep mode is continuous”. The SSG5000X offers “continuous” or
“single” sweep modes. Click the drop-down box to enable the desired mode.
Continuous: When the trigger condition is met, the signal generator is
continuously swept with the current settings.
Single: When Execute single sweep is clicked, the signal generator executes a
single sweep with the current settings.
Trigger Mode
The default trigger mode is “Auto”. The SSG5000X provides four types of trigger
mode: “Auto”, “Key”, “Bus” and “Ext”.
