START/STOP
Press: Start/stop
the stopwatch
Press and hold:
Set the training values
to zero (reset)
6.4 FUNCTIONS WHILE TRAINING
Use the TOGGLE (-) or TOGGLE (+) buttons to select
which function you want to see in the lower display
area.
Note: Calories, average and maximum heart rate are only calculated
when the stopwatch is running.
Press the START/STOP button. The running time
begins.
A stopwatch icon appears at the bottom of the
display and the name of the measured value has
a light background.
Prerequisite: Your heart rate monitor must be in training mode.
