To facilitate the processing of spare parts orders the following information is required.
Product Number
Product Serial Number
TSA Stock number
Part description (from parts list)
When ordering programmed proms, the software version is required. This can be found on the prom
label.
NOTE: Model number suffixes are generally not included in the text of the manual. However, the
suffixes in the parts lists must be included on orders for spare parts.
