Warranty conditions
SIGMA-ELEKTRO offers a 2 year warranty covering your SIGMA bike computer, starting
from the purchase date. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects on the
bike computer, on the sensor/transmitter and on the handlebar bracket.
Cables and batteries as well as mounting materials are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is valid only if the affected parts have not been opened (exception: The battery
compartment of the bike computer), no force has been applied and the damage was not
intentional.
Please keep your receipt in a safe place because it is needed if you need to make a claim.
We will provide you with a replacement device of similar type in the event of a valid claim.
We cannot guarantee you will receive a replacement of the same model if the production
of the model for which you have submitted a claim has stopped due to a model change.
Please direct all complaints and warranty claims to the specialist dealer where you
purchased the device. Or send your claim directly to:

Inserting the bike computer into the bracket
The SIGMA mount system securely connects the bike computer to the handlebar bracket.
This is the process:
1. Insert the bike computer into the 10 o'clock position on the bracket.
2. Turn the bike computer clockwise to the 12 o'clock position and click it into place
on the mount system. You have to overcome some noticeable resistance when twisting it
into place. You should hear it "click".
3. To remove the bike computer, turn it counterclockwise (do not press in or pull out
while doing so).
An easy way to remember: Righty tighty, Lefty loosey
Functional test
After mounting, check the functionality.
This is the process:
Insert the bike computer into the bracket.
– Lift the front wheel and spin it.
– A speed should then be displayed on the bike computer.
There could be several reasons why a speed is not being displayed.
The likely causes are outlined in the "Troubleshooting" chapter.
