The menu structure

Grey border: Not adjustable

Red border: Adjustable

Press and hold the MENU button: Open the menu

Briefly press the BIKE or ALTI button: Select the menu

Briefly press the MENU button: Open the menu

Briefly press the MENU button: Go back one level
