You don't need to call us if you have a problem with the
merchandise you've received. Simply follow the instructions on
the reverse side of the packing slip that comes with your order.
Galls provides a preaddressed label for you to affix to the
package. If you don't have your packing slip, place the item in
the original packaging (along with a brief explanation for the
return), then place in a second box to prevent damage. To assure
