PC Connect Internet By 3G/4G
If the computer does not equipped with any wireless card, the user should install driver according
to the tips in USB connection.
Remark:
1) If the system does not support CD ROM automatic installation after the device is connected
to the computer, please run the CD ROM driver in My Computer and start manually software
installation.
2) If fail to automatic installation, please check if the antivirus and security software open or
not, if open, please close the software and start installation.
3) After the driver installed successfully, but failed to identity the device as a dongle in the
computer with USB connected, please refer to the below and check whether the computer open
“AutoRun” or not.
a) In Windows 7, click”Start”, -> “Control Panel” -> “Hardware and Sound”-> “Auto Run”,
please check “use Auto Run for all the media and devices (U)” open or not.
b) In Windows XP, click “Start” -> “Run”, enter “gpedit.msc” and run, then click “Group Policy”,
and open “Computer Configuration” under the “Local Computer Policy” , -> “Administrative
Templates” -> “System”, and check on the right “Setting” whether “AutoRun” open or not.
