Twin Trundle Metal Frame Assembly

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING NO. 777 W/BRK ASH TRUNDLE BED
PARTS LIST: ,; ;/c 5/8" SLOTTED TRUSS HEAD LOCK NUT
MACHINE SCREW Quantity 2
TRUNDLE Quantity 8
SUPPORT BRACKETS-
Quantity 2
1/4" SAE
FLAT WASHER
Quantity 2
STEP ONE
Attach trundle support brackets to side
rails of trundle unit by inserting slotted
T 5/8" SLOTTED truss head machine screw through hole in
TRUSS HEAD bracket and through hole "A" (Figure 1)
MACHINE SCREW and attach lock nut.
STEP TWO
Align the holes in the back of the trundle
Figure 1 panel (Figure 2) with the holes in the long
edge of the trundle frame labeled "B".
Insert four of the slotted truss head
machine screws through the trundle frame

truss head machine screws
through the washers and then through
trundle support brackets, Attach to back
of trundle panel at point "C", Tighten screws,

NOTE: When rolling the trundle frame in
and out from beneath the bed, use care
to keep the frame centered and straight
to avoid damage to the posts of your bed.
