Installation
This adapter is plug‐n‐play and there’s no driver installation
needed.Please note that most installation problems occur with
the resolution mismatch between the source device and monitor.
Please make sure the VGA monitor/projector is capable of
supportingtheresolutionsoutputtedfromsourcedevice,suchas
aportabledeviceor
computer.
Donotattempttoservicetheunityourself.
Provideproperventilationandaircirculation,donotuse
nearwater .
Keepobjectsthatmightdamagethedeviceasafe
distanceawayandplacetheunitonastablesurface.
UseonlytheUSBpowercablethat
camewiththeunit.
Donotuseliquidoraerosolcleanerstocleantheunit.
Always disconnectthepowertotheunitbeforecleaning.
1. Poweroffalldevicesconnectedtothisadapter.
2. ConnecttheMicroHDMItoMicroHDMIcabletothe
adapter’sMicroHDMIconnector,thenportable
deviceor
computer.
3. [Optional]Connect the USB power cable to your
system’sUSBport(whereapplicable).
Note:Thisisoptional
andnotneededinmostcases.If
the Micro HDMI connection doesn’t provide enough
power,poweroffalldevices, connectthiscable,thenturn
onallconnecteddevices.
4. PlugoneendofVGAcable(notincluded)totheadapter
andotherendtoamonitororprojector.
5. Connect
thespeakersorearphonetothe3.5mmaudio
jack.Alternatively,youcanconnectyourS/PDIF
speakerstotheS/PDIFjack.
Note: DO NOT use the earphone continuously for long time.
