The Avid Xpress DV system is supported by Avid and your PC
vendor. Avid offers a 30-day free support period upon registration.

You must register your Avid Xpress DV system to take advantage of this
30-day support period. For instructions on registering, see “Registering
Your Avid Xpress DV Release 3.0 Product” on page 13.
If You Need Help
If you are having trouble using Avid Xpress DV, you should do the
following:
1. Check the documentation. For procedural steps, check the
Avid Xpress DV Help. For questions regarding your computer,
contact your PC vendor’s Help Center. For questions regarding
your deck, camera, or transcoder, call the appropriate
manufacturer.
2. Check the Knowledge Center at www.avid.com.
This Web site offers the latest known issues, solutions to errors,
technical tips, and operational support for the Avid Xpress DV
system.
3. For operational and how-to questions regarding the Avid Xpress
DV software:
In the U.S. and Canada, contact Avid Customer Support at
800-800-AVID (2843) or 978-275-2476. In Europe, contact your
Avid Reseller or the Avid International Information Desk at +44
1753 658 482. When you call, have your software serial number
available, found on the label attached to your application key
(dongle).

charge.
