Verify the PC Network Configuration
Make sure that the TCP/IP and Microsoft TCP/IP Printing are added to the Services.
Click- Start , then Settings , then Control Panel .
Double-click
Network .
Verify that
TCP/IP Protocol is included in Network Protocols .
Click
Properties.
-If TCP/IP Protocol is not in Network Protocols , click Network Components , then TCP/IP
Protocol to add TCP/IP protocol.
