Just like with the server configuration file, we’ll describe here the basic client settings needed in
our example setup, see Figure 9-3:
client
• Here we specify that we are a client and that we will be pulling certain config file directives
from the server.
dev tun
• This setting is the same as in the server configuration file. Use the same setting you’re using
in the server.
proto udp
• This setting is the same as in the server configuration file. Use the same setting you’re using
in the server.
