Programme 10: Dough
Yeast dough for bread rolls, pizza or other pastries can be kneaded with this programme. Timer
programming is possible. This enables you to finish your dough within a precise time. The
programme includes kneading and rising phases.
Programme 11: Pasta dough
You can prepare pasta dough with this programme. The programme lasts 15 minutes and consists
of only a kneading phase. Timer programming is not possible.
Programme 12: Yogurt
You can easily make your own yogurt with this programme. You can set the programme time to any
preferred time between 5 minutes and 12 hours.
Programme 13: Jam
This programme is used to produce jam, marmalade, jelly and other fruit-based spreads.
Programme 14: Bake
This programme allows you to bake breads that are too light or not fully baked and thus optimise
the baking result. You can also bake ready-made dough with this programme. Note that all
kneading and resting processes are completely eliminated in this programme. You can set the
baking process to any preferred time between 5 and 60 minutes. This is then followed by a "keep
warm" period of one hour.
Programme 15: Home Made
You can set this programme according to your preferences and experience. You can set individual
times for each phase of the baking process.
Example of individual programming with programme 15:
Programme 15 is already preset, see section 17 "Programme sequence". However, you have the
option of changing this programme according to your needs. Eight different individual
programmings can be stored by the automatic bread maker. You can go through the individual pre-
sets by pressing the button as soon as you are in programme 15. The preset is indicated on the
display in programme 15 (arrow).
