Operation
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► The steam and condensation on the inside of the lid
are hot. Avoid contact with
this steam or water. Risk of scalding!
► The boiled eggs are very hot! Always wear oven gloves to protect your fingers
when touching the eggs. Risk of burns!
NOTE
► This appliance is fitted with overheating protection. It switches off auto matically …
– if the appliance is unintentionally switched on without any water in the
cooking bowl
and
– when the appliance runs dry.
In these cases, allow the appliance to cool down before using it again.
► After boiling,
hold the eggs under cold, running water to prevent them from
continuing to cook. However, hard-boiled eggs that are to be stored longer should
not be shocked in cold water.
Boiling eggs to same hardness
♦ Prepare the appliance as described in the section Preparations.
♦ Turn the control switch
to the position that corresponds to the desired hardness of
the eggs. There are three setting ranges:
