Resolution
The resolution determines the size of the recording in pixels. As a
general rule: The higher the resolution, the more storage space is
required. The following settings are available:

12M
4000 x 3000 Best quality
When selecting 12M, the higher resolution will be
obtained by interpolation.
Effect
This setting is equivalent to the Effect setting for video recording
(see page 227).
Night Mode
This setting is equivalent to the Night mode setting for video
recording (see page 227).
Self- timer
The self-timer delays the capture for a preset time after pressing
the shutter button [17]. This allows you to participate in the scene
(e.g. for a group photo). Proceed as follows:
Select the self-timer with a 5-second or 10-second delay. The
corresponding icon will show on the display.
