Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE

The appliance is not work-
ing. The On/Off indicator
lamp 3 does not light up.
The plug is not connected.
Connect the appliance to
a mains power socket.
The appliance is damaged.
Contact the Customer
Service department.
The appliance does not
start the cooking process.
There is no pot on the hob 1.
Place a suitable pot on the
hob 1.
The pot is not suitable for
induction hobs.
Use a suitable pot (see
the "Suitable cookware"
section).
The child lock is activated.
Press and hold the child
lock button
5 for
approx. 2 seconds.
E0 is shown on the
display 0.
There is no pot on the hob 1.
Place a suitable pot on
the hob 1.
The pot is not suitable for
induction hobs.
E2 is shown on the
display 0.
The temperature sensor be-
neath the hob 1 is defective
or there is a short circuit.
Disconnect the plug from
the mains power socket
and contact the Customer
Service department.
E3 is shown on the
display 0.
The appliance is being sup-
plied with too much voltage
(>270 V).
Check and ensure that the
appliance is connected
to a properly installed
mains power socket with
220–240 V

The appliance is not being
supplied with enough voltage
(<150 V).
Check and ensure that the
appliance is connected
