Handling and operation

All functions can be used with the buttons on the device as well as with the
remote control

This section provides you with important information on handling and using the appli-
ance.
Switching the appliance on and off
The main switch

disconnects the appliance fully from the mains power supply.
Insert the power plug into a mains wall socket.
Switch on the appliance using the main switch

first; or switch off at the main
switch last if you are no longer using the appliance.
When switched on, the integrated control lamp in the main switch

lights up.
There will be a beep and the display

lights up.
Now press the on/off button

Selecting the temperature

Select heat setting
The heat setting determines how quickly the appliance warms up.
The appliance has three heat settings:
Level 1: 1000 watts
Level 2: 1300 watts
Level 3: 2300 watts
Press the button to select the heat setting
