Steamed meatballs
Ingredients
600 g minced meat (half and half)
1 medium-sized onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch of parsley
2 eggs
480 ml water
Breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper, paprika powder, curry powder
Preparation
1) Knead the minced meat, eggs, finely chopped onion, and the crushed garlic
together and season the mixture.
2) Add the breadcrumbs and knead the mixture again.
If the mixture is still too moist, add more breadcrumbs.
3) Shape the mixture into evenly sized balls.
4) Pour the water into the inner bowl - and insert the steamer 3.
5) Put the meatballs into the steamer 3 and close the appliance lid .
6) Start the "Steam" programme with a cooking time of 20 minutes.
7) Let the meatballs cook until the programme is finished.
